Where are you based?

I live on the island of Oahu, part of the dreamy Hawaiian islands!

What materials do you use?

I work almost exclusively with acrylics and prefer Liquitex and Golden brand(s), though sometimes I experiment with other types and styles of paint as well (oils, gouache, watercolor, etc).

Are you open for commissions?

Commissions are closed at this time but will reopen early 2024. If you are an artist or brand that is interested in a collaboration or licensing agreement, Please email me at info@stephanieboinayart.com with inquiries.

Do you offer wholesale?

I offer wholesale pricing to interested galleries, stores and boutiques. Please email me at info@stephanieboinayart.com with inquiries.

Can I carry your product in my store?

Yes! I sell in stores and galleries through wholesale and consignment agreements. If you are interested in a wholesale or consignment agreement with me, please contact me via email to determine if my art is a good fit for your store, to negotiate percentages, discuss contracts, payment terms, etc.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently my international shipping is open to select countries (please contact me via email me to confirm if I am able to ship to your country before making any purchases), however please note that I am not responsible for any import/customs taxes and/or fees that need to be paid before your item(s) can be delivered to you. Please also note that International shipping times vary and depending on your location can sometimes take 3 weeks to a month or more to arrive.

Where is my package?

Customers receive a tracking number for their order via email once their order has shipped and can track their package at any time after that. If you don’t receive your tracking number after your order ships, please email me and I will resend the email with the number. I do keep tabs on the statuses of shipped packages, however if an item is lost in shipping it is the customer’s responsibility to open a claim with the carrier. Once I ship an item its whereabouts and arrival status are unfortunately out of my control. Original Artworks are always insured for at least a portion of, or all of the value of the work purchased.

What if my items never arrived or are lost in shipping? 

If your order is lost or never arrives even after you get a shipping confirmation, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I can also try to open a claim with the shipping carrier, however ultimately, once I ship the item it is out of my hands and I unfortunately have no control whether it arrives or not. Original Artworks are always insured for at least a portion of, or all of the value of the work purchased.

What if my product arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged I can offer to send a replacement ONE time only (EXCLUDING original works). For damaged items please take a picture and send it to me as confirmation that the order arrived damaged. I do my best to ensure the items’ safety before shipping them out by packing them EXTREMELY well, but once they are picked up by the carrier their condition is out of my hands as I cannot control how shipping carriers handle them. If original works arrived damaged, please contact me under these special and rare circumstances to work something out. Exchange cases will be reviewed by me and are not always a guarantee. I am also not responsible for any issues that arise in shipping once I have mailed out your purchase, as it is in the hands of the mail service at that point. Original Artworks are always insured for at least a portion of, or all of the value of the work purchased.

Can I return my order or get a refund?

Due to the nature and small size of my business, all sales are final and I do not offer returns or refunds. This includes orders that are lost or damaged in shipping by the carrier. (See above paragraphs for information on this topic). 

What if I forgot to retrieve my shipment from my local mail/post office and they’ve sent my package back?

If you forgot to pick up/retrieve your package from your local post office and they’ve returned it back to me, I will re-ship it to you at the same address listed on the order. However please note that you are responsible for the shipping fees for the new label/second time around shipping. I will send you a Paypal invoice for the new shipping fees, and will resend your items once the shipping invoice has been paid. Again, please note that due to the nature and small size of my business, all sales are final and I do not offer returns or refunds.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges can be made item to item as long as they are of the same size and value. You will be responsible for paying shipping in both sending the item back and receiving the exchange. Exchanges can be made within two weeks of receiving your initial order. Please contact me through my website to initiate an exchange. Exchange cases will be reviewed by me and are not always a guarantee.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You can cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact me within that time frame to make those changes. If the 24 hours has passed, the order will be shipped as it was placed. As noted above, due to the nature and small size of my business, after 24 hours of initial order placement, all sales are final and I do not offer returns or refunds.

Can I add something to an order I just made?

If you want to add something to an order you already placed and is preparing to ship, you must contact me within 24 hours of making your initial order. Let me know you’d like your new purchase(s) to ship together with your initial order and I will do my best to group them into the same package. You will be responsible for any additional shipping cost that is needed.


Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?

Yes! Message me with the address change within 24 hours of placing it, otherwise the order will be shipped to the initial address given.
